About MyLearning Plus Private Limited

We believe that helping students to inculcate optimal time management methods will go a long way and help them attain the ranks and grades they dream of. Whether the student is preparing for JEE/ NEET exam that is a month away or a year away - we want them to be ready and confident with their abilities. This, we believe, can be achieved with consistent preparation using relevant practice tests and crisp notes which they can refer to during revision time. The platform we provide for educational institutions will help them keep track of students and their progress. Above all, we believe it will raise the standards of performance within the institution.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on receiving support requests and giving them feedback for previous support tickets
2. Registering support issues into the online portal
3. Entering and updating customer information in the database
4. Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Nov'20 and 31st Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
