Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to potential users to promote the News2Day app and its features.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of the app, including its convenience, speed, and reliability for staying updated with the latest news.
- Guide potential users through the app installation process and provide initial support to navigate the app.
- Collect feedback from users and potential users to improve marketing strategies and app features.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the app's continuous improvement.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and app installations confirmed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, user feedback, and app installation success rates.

Qualifications:
- Recently completed UG/PG in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and motivate others.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of explaining app features and benefits.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not required.
- A genuine interest in technology, apps, and the news/media industry.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu languages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for technology and news.
