Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' English proficiency and communication skills.
2. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
3. Maintain an organized database of candidate information using MS Excel.
4. Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing the queries and concerns of potential candidates.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
7. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes by providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
