Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling cold calling
2. Handling customers' inbound and outbound calls, solving queries, and telling them about products
3. Understanding the ERP product
4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up a meeting
5. Working on coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion
6. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
7. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
8. Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and ensuring the presentation of the same on a timely basis
9. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
