Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for calling customers for their dues collection.
· Giving reminder calls to customers prior to the due date.
· On the desk job which requires Tele-calling.
· Managing existing customers and getting collections done on time.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Good Communication and fluency in any one of the regional languages - Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam.
· Ability to deal with customers on calls.
· Any graduate or undergrad, fresher’s & experienced
· Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai
