About Fruit Lounge

The Fruit Lounge is a tech-driven e-commerce platform for the online delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables. It aims to organize the procurement process by using technology, to bring the best quality, fresh produce at the doorstep of every customer. Ours is a very fast-moving startup with new challenges and problems arising each day. The fast pace of growth makes this role super exciting and the right candidate can even land a job with us.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our product using scripts
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
5. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
6. Go the -extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
