Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists.
• Present and promote products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active follow-up and communication.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities..
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle objections and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
