Job Description
1. Call the prospect for selling our services on manpower sourcing
2. Follow up with the customer
3. Work on the collection and closure of the contract
4. Coordinate with the sourcing team for candidate selection
5. Communicate with various colleges, institutions, and organizations for the development of the resume database of fresher/students
6. Identify potential employers for the recruitment of the candidates
7. Report to the management and update the MIS on a regular basis
Only those candidates can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
are from Delhi and neighboring cities
have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have previous experience, skill & interest as a telesales or in a similar role
2. Should be resourceful, compassionate & helping in nature
3. Good communication skills: Fluency in Hindi & English
4. Sound moral values, work ethics & positive attitude
5. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
6. Candidates from South Delhi would be preferred
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
