Job Description:
As a Telecalling Sales Representative for an Internet Service Provider (ISP),your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers through outbound calling activities. You will play a crucial role in promoting our ISP services, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively communicating the benefits of our internet packages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases to pitch ISP services and generate sales leads.
2. Engage with potential customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their queries regarding internet plans, pricing, and service features.
3. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into customers, effectively highlighting the advantages of our ISP offerings and overcoming objections.
4. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our ISP products, packages, and promotions to accurately address customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and optimize sales performance.
6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to team objectives.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrade existing packages to maximize sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
