Job Description

LOS survey,                                                                                                                                  EMF survey,                                                                                                                                  UBR survey,                                                                                                                                  RF survey and optimization,                                                                                                          BTS Installation,                                                                                                                            COMMISSIONING,                                                                                                                        Microwave Link, Small cell, IBS Work, 3G/4G implementation, Solar project, Electricity audit Etc.
  • install new hardware and software for telecommunication systems
  • test hardware and software to determine efficiency and compatibility with existing systems
  • evaluate system performance
  • provide high-speed data transmission services
  • monitor network traffic, security and capacity to identify issues that may impact service
  • ensure timely planning and implementation of various projects
  • resolve all network and telecom service related issues
  • ensure compliance to mandated protocols and processes
  • update and improve technical documentation to support security requirements
  • attend to clients to resolve issues and system errors
  • have an in-depth understanding of products and services provided by a company
  • maximise efficiency by adopting new methods and troubleshooting periodically
  • participate in disaster relief exercises
