Job Description

Role: Telecounsellor
Work Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Responsibilities:
● Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in institutes.
● Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit
● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
● Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
● Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
