As a Telemarketer at ADDON Interiors, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our client base. Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases.
• Client Engagement: Clearly communicate the benefits of ADDON Interiors' services, addressing client needs, and building rapport.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote our interior design and construction solutions.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their requirements and budget, and schedule appointments for detailed consultations.
• Follow-up: Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall company objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with interior design and construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
