Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
· Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication.
· Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
· Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to answer customer inquiries.
· Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
· Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
· Create and manage mass mailing campaigns, including drafting persuasive email content, segmenting the email lists, and tracking campaign performance.
