Job Description

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company by reaching out to existing and possible clients. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. 

Job Duties:

·         Call new clients and explain about company services and products

·         Answer questions about products or the company and remain aware of the latest update in offerings

·         Understand customer requirements and grievances on time, and close sales

·         Enter and update customer information in the database

·         Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

·         Maintain quality service by following the organization standards

·         Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

·         Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

·         Conduct your work with the utmost respect, regardless of others’ dispositions

·         Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress

Skills:

·         Basic computer literate

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Outstanding persuasion/negotiation/selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

·         Must be a good team player and be goal-oriented, ambitious and flexible

·         Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

·         Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

·         Should have a Can do  attitude

Experience:Fresher or 6 months in telesales/sales 

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / High school (12th pass)

Language Skills: Gujarati, Hindi and basic English

Industry Type: Insurance/Broking (Non-Life and Life)

Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent

Location: Makarba, off SG Highway, Ahmedabad

Work Timing: Monday – Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)

Salary/CTC: at par with market standards + attractive performance-linked incentives + additional offer for the selected (hired) applicants
