Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase our products or services. The Telemarketing Executive should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to sell our products or services.
• Identifying customer needs and providing relevant product information.
• We are building relationships with customers and maintaining regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meeting sales targets and achieving set KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Collaborating with team members and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business or marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
• The ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
