Responsibility of Telemarketing Executive

• Making Telephonic calls to generate the leads.
• Follow up with customers on WhatsApp.
• Data Mining: Extract valuable insights from large datasets by utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
• Make calls to gather information, engage with clients and maintain clear communication.
• To generate leads, cold calls, proposing proper solutions, make proposals the deals for packaged solutions and specific customized solutions.
• Accurately document the discussions, decisions, and action items during calls.
• Maintaining customer relationship via phone or email.
