Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients via telephone to introduce RK Media's services and gauge their interest in digital marketing solutions.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through calls, maintaining a database of potential clients who have shown interest in RK Media's offerings.
3. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of RK Media's digital marketing services, packages, and capabilities to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
4. Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their digital marketing goals.
5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team to follow up with interested leads, ensuring a smooth transition from telemarketing to sales.
6. Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing additional information and addressing any questions or concerns.
7. Database Management: Maintain and update the Sheets with accurate lead information, call outcomes, and relevant notes to track the progress of leads.
8. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs to tailor conversations and sales pitches effectively.
