Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
2. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients through phone calls and emails
3. Assist in developing and implementing telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights during client interactions
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
