TELEPHONE  OPERATOR

Job description:

•   Handle Telephone Board.

•   Attend all the incoming telephone calls & prompt transfer of calls to the concerned person.

•    Make outgoing ng calls as required.

•    Inform callers on hold and update status.

•    Receive, record, and relay messages completely, correctly & timely.

•    Handle the task of receiving and responding to queries on the telephone .

•    Responsible for making conference calls.

•    Maintain & update company's phone directory.

•   Act as a receptionist when required.

•   Ar ranging dispatch h of couriers, maintain record of Inward outward courier and distribute them to concern person.

•    Excellent voice quality & hearing ability.

•    Excellent oral communication skills especially in English (English Medium Education from KG ST D) with fluent communication in Hindi and anyone regional language.

•    Strong telephone etiquette: confident & polite.

•    Excellent customer care skills.

•   Abi ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm & professional manner.

•   Awareness of conf identity issues.

•   Well organized with attention to details.

•   Listening skills.

•   Polite & courteous manners.

•   Operator must possess excellent customer service skills and ability to think quickly & clearly.

•   Operator has to speak clearly & pleasantly at all times .

•   HSC /Graduate with computer knowledge .

•      Age- 3o yrs.

•      Timing: Mon - Fri :-  (9:15AM - 6:45 PM I 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM) 

                     Saturday :-  (9:15AM - 1:15PM I 11:00 AM - 3:00PM)
