Job Description

  • Job Post Title:TeleSales Executive
Description:
Responsibilities include:
  • Reaching out the clients that came and did registrations on our website through calls/chat/emails.
  • Will be responsible to generate sales from the registration coming on our website.
  • Delivery of the desired login hours, talk time and time on system as per the campaign requirement.
  • Achieving the daily and monthly goals set and decided by the company.
  • To maintain the complete record of all the follow ups created by the candidate.
  • Must ensure to keep close follow-up on prospects and maintain desired conversion ratio.
Desired Candidate Characteristics:
  • Must possess good verbal & written Communication Skills.
  • Should be persuasive and initiative taking.
  • A confident and determined approach.
  • Self-motivation and drive.
  • Should have strong convincing skills.
  • A competitive streak.
  • Training  and  Probation period: 2 Months
