We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven individuals for an AYURVEDIC industry   to join our team as Telesales Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase.

**Responsibilities: **

Conduct Inbound and Outbound calls to customers from provided lists or databases.

Utilize your telesales expertise to present and explain products or services, emphasizing key features and benefits.

Address customer inquiries with confidence and provide detailed information about products, prices, and promotions.

Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to successfully close sales and meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a related sales role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Familiarity with sales techniques and a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
