Job Description

Job Overview:

Serves customers by providing product and service information.
Resolving product and service problems.
Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound & Outbound telephone calls.
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / queries.
Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services.
Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services.
Answers questions about product specifications and pricing.
Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing.
Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner.
Verbal Communication and fluency in English
