Job Overview:
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information.
  • Resolving product and service problems.
  • Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound & Outbound telephone calls.
  • Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / queries.
  • Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services.
  • Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services.
  • Answers questions about product specifications and pricing.
  • Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing.
  • Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner.
  • Verbal Communication and fluency in English
