Job Summary
This is a telesales executive role which will work with our sales department to sell services to our US customers. The telesales executive will be working the night shift and calling US customers to introduce our products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- 1+ year of US Calling experience in a sales process (exceptional)
- Ability to work in night shift
- Comfortable doing sales of top US clients
-Work with end customers and provide them with service and support
-Meet targets assigned by the team lead
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by the team lead
-Strictly adhere to norms set by the company which pertain to customer handling, leads management, security management etc.
