Responsibilities:

* Account Management, Lead Management, Process Management for the Sales - Leads Execution

* Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Vendor Management & Client Interaction- Tele Calling.

* Good at managing Customer Request & Service Management, act as Service Adviser

* Should be able to Identify the potential customer and understand needs

* Upselling & Cross-selling of Services offered by company

* Good at Reporting Skills: Daily sales report, Individual Tracker, Weekly Analysis

* Responsible for collecting feedback from customers & do analysis

* Should have knowledge of Excel, PPT, Mailing, Tele Calling

* Should be fluent in local language ( Hindi, English, Kannada)
