Telesales Executive

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product 
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the ops sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process loans in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Go the extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales 
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
• Should be an active listener.
• Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
• Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide 

  solutions and/or alternatives.
• Willing to learn new things and proactiveness.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
• Highly Customer-Centric.
• 1-2 years of work experience Preferably in the Financial Lending Domain.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and any other regional language would require.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
