Job Description
▪ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
▪ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
▪ Recommends solutions to issues in constructive ways.
▪ Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
▪ Conducts daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
▪ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
▪ Is energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
▪ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
▪ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
▪ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
▪ Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
▪ Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
▪ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
