Position: Executive - Tele Sales
Job description
Inbound Tele Sales / Call Centre / Sales / Telesales
· Understand and evaluate client requirements
· Generate Sales and interact with prospective customers through modes likes Mail, Phone, Chat etc
· Attend Inbound Customers and handle the queries of the customers
· To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers
· Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals and provide pricing details
· Conduct Sales Presentations, Quotations, Follow up
· Negotiate and Close the Deal
· Take complete ownership of sales operations by being Point of contact for the client
Develop new business avenues consistently
· Working Timings – 10:30AM to 7:30PM
· Working Days – Saturday to Thursday (Every Friday is weekly off)
Preferable – Female candidates and looking for more than 10 candidates
