Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our business services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide them with the required information
- Identify customer needs and offer the right services that meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing Customer Support through chat
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven Telesales experience in a similar role (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to persuade customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
