Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Outdial 50-75 customers on a daily basis
2. Liaison with customers for upselling and cross-selling
3. Handle customer queries and explain the product and offer information
4. Manage and resolve customer complaints
5. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
6. Identify and escalate priority issues
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
