We are looking for enthusiastic TeleSales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for
our company. An effective TeleSales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people
skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
Answer queries about products or the company.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a
regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Requirements
Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.
Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Gender: Both candidates can apply.
Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Required) / Bachelors (Preferred).
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with Good communication
skills.
Ability to commute/relocate: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate
before starting work (Required).
Languages: Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred)
