Telesales Job Summary

  • We are looking for telesales professionals to join our expanding team. 
  • In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. 
  • You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion. 
  • We are looking for candidates right from fresher’s until 3 years of experience.
  • The pay is negotiable, timings are flexible with various shifts starting from 8 am until 1 pm. 
  • All Shifts are standard 9 hours. 
  • High incentives apart from Salary and other perks.

Telesales Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
  • Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
  • Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
  • Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
  • Update contacts database when regularly
  • Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner
  • Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately
  • Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into a database
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
  • Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm

Telesales Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate’s degree a plus
  • 0-3 years experience in a sales-related role, preferably in telesales
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Fluent in English language and Tamil; Other languages a plus
  • The personable and friendly tone of voice
  • Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical

Mr.Abdur Rahman then diversified into other related fields such as construction and hospitality, and successfully runs a lot of other companies. 

Yasser Rahman took after his father and wants to take the real estate business to a whole different level. Known for his professional outlook and optimism, he dreams big and is very passionate about the real estate industry. Yasser Rahman now represents the company at all outside events and serves as the face of the company.

Last but not the least, Late H.H Azeez Sait, Father or Mr.Abdur Rahman who worked hard to put in a sense of understanding, punctuality and people skills into the company to make its name be a renowned and respected one in the real estate business. His presence will forever be missed.
