Job Description

Telesales Executive

Job Skills :

Must be well versed in English, Tamil Speaking for a qualitative communication with the customers. Hindi and/or any other South Indian language will be added advantage.
Calling customers, understanding their queries and qualifying them according to the relevancy and qualitative metrics outlined for the product.
Ability to satisfy customer issues and resolving them with confidence.
Ability to learn fast and remember various products & their features to be able to explain to the customers properly.
Aptitude to understand the processes of the organization and workflows of CRM tools.
Ability to handle tough situations with a customer and answer with humility.
High emotional intelligence to remain calm and maintain composure at all times.
