Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling products or services over the phone. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pitch relevant offerings, and close sales deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and their needs.

Engage with prospects over the phone to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.

Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to potential customers.

Handle objections and address concerns to convince prospects and close sales deals.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills and techniques.

Provide feedback to the sales management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
