We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals, willing to contribute to the growth of our initiative.

• Take inbound as well as make outbound calls, follow up on emails, and conduct warm and cold calls.
• Call leads and set call-back dates for follow up.
• Meet and exceed quotas defined by management.
• Use effective sales closing techniques to get past gatekeepers and make sales
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.
• Handle customer queries/escalations

• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Head to develop sales strategies, business development initiatives & client relationship solutions.

Desired Profile

• Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto.
• Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present strategic solutions and persuade prospects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and with management.
• Solid knowledge and experience of computer based applications: MS Office; E-mail; Internet research.

Key responsibilities will include:
Event Conceptualization.
Should explain the event to Clients.
Event Promotion.
Coordination with Event Partners, clients and Guests.
