Job Description

Good communication and convincing skills. Well versed in the local language (Tamil, English, Hindi (added advantage)).
Making outbound and handling inbound calls.
Strong sales and lead generation mindset, in order to understand and effectively communicate with customers.

Adhering to scripts and guidelines with meeting quality and productivity standards.
Will be responsible for handling day-to-day productivity reports to the management
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
