Job Description 

1. Contacting potential customers and generating awareness about product and services offered by Planetspark.

2. Need generation about the product in the mindset of the potential customer

3. Converting the database into potential customers of the company by making them register for the free trial class and assessment offered by Planetspark

4. This is a performance driven role and will be evaluated on the basis of target achievement and deliveries.

5.Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

6. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

7. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

Requirements:

1 Full Time role from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

2 As it’s a Work from Home job. We require two things: 

- Stable internet connection

- Working Laptop or computer system from first day onwards

3 Should be available for 6 days in a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory, Day off on a week day)

4 Excellent communication skills.

5 Creative thinking skills.

6 The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

7 Good sales ability.

8 Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

9 The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
