• Must possess excellent English communication & presentation skills, and be able to communicate professionally with the team and the management.
• Should have good experience in BPO/Call Centre (Outbound) calling.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferable.
• Team player with positive inter-personal skills.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines.
• Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once
• Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/tele-caller in outbound-voice process.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements.
• Perform as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily basis.
• Ensure the completion of tasks assigned and record on appropriate systems
• Contributing to the growth of the company through by becoming a successful team player.
