Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Achieving sales targets through new client acquisition in reality business (sale, purchase, and leasing).  
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling. 
  • Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentation. 
  • Building and managing strong relationships with customers.  
  • Scheduling number of meeting with the clients and helping them understand the verification process. 
  • Handling complete sales cycle ensuring committed deliveries and report on sales activities to senior management. 
  • REACHING THE TARGETS. 
  • Keeping up to date with upcoming real estate projects.
