Job Responsibilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hindi/English
Candidate must have good knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, Lead- Generation, appointment fixing.
Able to understand customer’s requirements.
Should be able to work and co-ordinate in a Team.
Prior BPO/Calling/Sales experience will be added on advantage.
Make Effective Sales Pitch to the Customer.
Fixed general shift timing

Desired Skills

Excellent communication skills
1-6 years in Customer Support/Services and Sales.
Should have worked in Inbound, Outbound, Customer service or Voice Process
Sound knowledge of MS-office.
10+2, Diploma, BA or Any equivalent bachelor degree.
1-6 years in Customer Support/Services and Sales.
Freshers can also apply with good communication skills.
