Responsibilities and Duties

• Possess high energy and enthusiasm.
• Self-motivated & goal-oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
• Assists in the generation of forecasts, reports, dashboards to manage and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Maintain working understanding of Inspira’s capabilities and estimating structure
• Prepare budgets; following agency rules and guidelines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills verbal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to sell policy insurance.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles (Huge Plus)
