Job Description

Generating leads through outbound and inbound calls.

Mailer, SMS Activity, Data Management, Coordination with Brokers.

Sending thank you & feedback mailers to customers.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Data Entry in CRM software.

Responsible for networking with Channel Partners

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Excellent Hindi & English Communication
Skills Experience of IT software or services is Preferred.
Working Hours: General Shift: 09:30 am to 6:30 am
Work Location: Gurgaon
