Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversation.
  • Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations.
  • Stay updated with market trends.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
        Requirements:
        • Should have basic knowledge of convincing, professional talking manner to client.
        • Candidate should having basic sales skills.
        • Candidate should have good verbal communication Skills.
        • The ability to follow scripts.
        • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
        • Exceptional customer service skills.
