General Purpose
Contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote and sell our services and solutions receive orders, gather information and verify details.
JOB Responsibilities and Roles
1. Build strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right cybersecurity product to the customers.
2. Ask appropriate questions to understand customer requirements to close sales Explain the service features and provide accurate info, Go the extra mile and facilitate sales, revenue growth.
3. Answering all incoming calls/emails and re-routing them to relevant parties.
4. Capture insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team, Achieve the set quality parameters.
5. Pleasing Personality With Marketing and Convincing Skills
6. Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote our services and solutions.
7. Explain the product or service to potential customers and provide pricing details
8. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
9. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
10.Monitoring stationery stock and Vendor Management
11.Managing daily front office operations, files and records.
Education and Experience
1. Any Graduate
2. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
3. 6months-2years of work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
Desired Skills
Should be a Tech Savvy and should be good with managing Data, Browsing, and finding data from the Internet, Excels, Email Tools etc.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Proficient with corporate productivity
Good at Information gathering and management
Maintain good relationship with customers
Ability to handle work pressure
