- Should Be Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi Communication.
- Generate leads through outbound calls.
- Telesales Executive responsible for scheduling appointments with clients for property viewings and follow-up calls. They should be able to coordinate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are confirmed and that all necessary information is provided to the client.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and sales team.
- Telesales Executive should be able to handle objections effectively and provide solutions to any concerns the client may have. They should also be able to negotiate with clients and close deals.
- Answer phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
- Meet and exceed lead/meeting targets and activity-based targets.
- Making regular leads follow up reports
- She Should have Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in Real Estate Sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 03 months - 1 year of experience in Real Estate
