Responsibilities:
Sales Calls:- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products/services to potential UK customers.
- Respond to incoming calls from prospective and existing UK customers.
Customer Engagement:- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales Targets:- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Record sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
Product Knowledge:- Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to UK customers.
CRM Management:- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow-Up:- Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Team Collaboration:- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Continuous Learning:- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Attend training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
