Telecallers will be responsible for calling and generating leads and closing Shop Keepers / Branded Showroom / Brand Product Offline Sellers registration on Amazon.in “Seller Central website or Portal” over the phone and maintaining good seller relationships. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in more shop keepers / branded showroom companies / offline seller’s and developing business.
Telecaller has to complete the seller registration on phone call while speaking with the seller who sells their product to customer in offline mode, Telecaller has to complete seller registration on Amazon Seller Central Website/Portal by taking seller Mobile Phone No, Email Id, Pan Card, GST No. Telecaller will be responsible for converting major seller like SHOP OWNERS / BRAND FACTORY / DISTRIBUTORS / DEALERS / RETAILERS.
Contacting
potential or seller to inform them about a product and service using scripts
Answering questions about Amazon.in and about Amazon.in Products, How to Sell
on Amazon.in by Adding Product at“Seller Central Dashboard” Asking questions to understand seller
requirements and close the generated leads.
Job Brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in
generating leads for Seller Central Program for our Amazon.in Candidate will be
responsible for completing seller registration over the phone and maintaining
good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and
have superior man-management skills. They must be comfortable presenting
products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and
doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in good numbers of Offline
Sellers to Amazon.in so that they can sell their product on Amazon.in Portal
and developing business.
Telecaller has to keep a record of all registered and interested sellers database and they have to manage and maintain Daily Report, Daily Seller Registration Report, MIS, Follow up Report, and all report has to be sent to the Operation Manager on Daily basis.
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, HINDI, MARATHI
FRESHERS CAN APPLY (Training + Certification 45 Days, Stipend 3500)
QUALIFICATION- SSC OR HIGHER
SALARY- 5,000-12,000 PER MONTH (Experienced 1-2)

Responsibilities
1. Contact potential or existing SHOP OWNERS/BRAND FACTORY/DISTRIBUTORS/DEALERS/RETAILERS
to inform them about AMAZON.IN WEBSITE/PORTAL or service using STANDARD Scripts.
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand Seller requirements and Complete Seller
Registration
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update Seller information in the Amazon.in Seller Central
Website / Portal.
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
8. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future Amazon.in
Seller Registration.
9. Keep records of calls and seller information in Daily Report note useful
information as require
