Responsibilities:

·          A professional approach in answering calls and provides information about healthcare products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.

·          Maintaining records of interactions made.

·          Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.

·          Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.

·          Takedown the name of the medicines.

·          Should inform customers about the home delivery

Requirements:

•                     Bachelor's Degree completed or pursuing

•                     Proficient using Microsoft Office

•                     Good communication skills

•                     English communication is not required

• The employee should be based out in Jaipur
