Job Summary:-

Mittsure Technologies LLP, Jaipur Rajasthan, a renowned EduTech Company of Rajasthan, hiring for skilled female candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the “Sales Executive (Telemarketing)” position.

She will be responsible to boost sales by reaching out (telephonically) to current and possible clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

· Influences clients to buy or renew/ retain our product or services.

· Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

· Advises present or prospect clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.

· Coordinate & provide support and guidance to schools to access our digital learning stuff.

· Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

· Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

· Manage orientation & training for new joined schools.

· Prepare and maintain schools records according to administrative regulations.

· Assist in updating activities content and instruction methodology.

· Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

· Periodically reviews the team to determine whether schools needs have changed and whether further enhancements or modifications are necessary.

· Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance related expectations.

· Maintains current knowledge of technological developments.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications

· Graduation Mandatory (B.Tech/ B.E. preferable).

· Maximum 2 years of experience required in relevant profile.

· Freshers can also apply.

· Computer Literate.

· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.

Job Location: - B-121, Mangal Marg, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.)

Working Time: - 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
