Post: Telesales Executive
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products over the phone.
Your primary objective will be to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, and close deals through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
You will work closely with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
Present and explain product features, and pricing to prospects. Use persuasive selling techniques to convert prospects into customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Establish rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products. Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to nurture relationships and identify up selling/cross-selling opportunities. Update and maintain customer database with relevant information, interactions, and sales details.
Prepare and submit sales reports, including daily activity logs, prospecting pipelines, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness.
Salary: You can expect a minimum salary of 8,000 INR and can go up to 11,000 INR per month + attractive Incentives. The salary offered will depend on your skills, experience and performance in the interview.
EducationQualification: Minimum 10+2
Experience: Minimum 6 months in tele calling (out bound, sales, insurance, loan preferable)
Language: Bengali & Hindi
Timing: Sunday Fixed Off. Monday to Saturday (10:30am to 7:30pm)
