Strong cold calling and prospecting skills on the phone and in person
Ability to provide clear & effective information via phone
Target oriented approach
Comfortable in talking to people and also a good listener
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
